his is a gentle beginner yoga class. It's a 45 minute session that focuses on gentle stretching. All you need is a blanket, water, comfortable clothes and an open mind. This class in intended for men and women. No worries I promise not to over work you.

PLEASE BRING A BLANKET BECAUSE WE PRACTICE ON THE BEACH AND IT GET PRETTY SANDY WITH A TOWEL. BLANKETS WORK PERFECT FOR THIS TYPE OF CLASS.
