Sunset Yoga

his is a gentle beginner yoga class. It's a 45 minute session that focuses on gentle stretching. All you need is a towel, water, comfortable clothes and an open mind. This class in intended for men and women. No worries I promise not to over work you.

I'm sorry guys change of plans. I'm speaking at a health awareness thing on monday and I can't miss this. I'm sorry I hope it's not too much of an inconvenience.
